2 Night Yoga Retreat
Location: Osea Island Essex - 1.5 hrs drive LDN
This retreat offers the perfect energy boost to start the new year filled with inspiration for the months ahead.
Over the 2 night escape we will take revitalising practices to reboot your energy system. Classes are open to all levels, all I ask is that you come with an open mind.
Our retreat takes place on a private island just 1.5hrs from LDN, accessible only during low tide, creating a truly enchanting escape from the ordinary.
While open to all levels, those familiar with flow practice will benefit most. So start now and refine your practice when you are with me on the retreat.
Come as you are and I will guide you through the rest.

What is included:
2 nights accommodation in coastal cottages on a private island.
Bike hire, private cinema, wild swimming, donkeys!
All meals included. Breakfast & Lunch are vegetarian. Dinner you will have the option to be vegi or meat.
4 Power flow styles classes and 1 workshop with me!
Optional Extras:
Drinks/Alcohol - There is a beautiful pub you might recognise from some films, you are welcome to spend time here in the evenings.
Travel:
The island is only accessible at low tide. If you miss the tide opening you can leave your car on the mainland and a water taxi will collect you, this is at your own expense.
Nearest Train station : Witham Station. 50 mins from Liverpool st. A taxi will need to be booked to bring you to the island.

The price of the retreat includes all meals, 2 nights’ accommodation, tea & coffee, yoga classes, .
Catering for this retreat is vegetarian. If you have allergies please inform me of this in the booking form.
Payment Plans are open to all.
By reserving your space you will pay the initial deposit as stated above.
If you would like to spread your payments out they will be split equally through the remaining months/weeks before the retreat.
All final payments are to be made no less than 2 weeks before the retreat.
