What to expect

15:00 Arrival

15:15 Air Inspired Vinyasa Flow - Opening up the energy system with breath work and moving into a flow that guides you gently towards the shoulders and spine.

Break - Light refreshments provided / Time for questions or posture breakdowns.

16:45 Yang Yin - Starting with a fiery yang flow… expect power elements (45mins) working with twists and fun transitions. The class then slows down and moves into Yin (45mins) with deeply nourishing and calming postures. Closing with a guided meditation.

What is included:

• 2 yoga classes.

• Light refreshments & snacks (if you have any allergies please tell Roisin before attending).

• All equipment will be provided but if you would like to bring your own please do.
