4 night yoga retreat

A 4 night escape in the secluded hills of Southern Portugal.

This retreat will be a space to re-connect with the natural energetic rhythms of nature. From our yoga shala, we will over look a beautiful valley as we embrace the transition of Spring to summer with our practice.

Each day, our three daily sessions will focus on a different elemental theme and there will be a Mandala class for those wanting more.

This retreat will be more intimate enabling me to support you individually throughout your practice.

Max capacity of 13 guests.

What is included:

• 4 nights accommodation.

• Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner - All meals are vegetarian. If you have any dietary allergies please contact me before booking.

• Afternoon hike through the valleys and/or beach trip.

• 3x daily yoga classes with me! Focusing on the elements and Mandala vinyasa.

• Use of all facilities.

Optional Extras:

• Drinks/Alcohol with meals. There is a paid bar for sundowners.

• Massage.
