The retreat that tops you up from the soles of your feet to the crown of your head.
Grounding, nourishing and very fun! Yoga, daily small group aerial yoga, home made Greek food and a little adventure. A five night escape to soak up the sun, feel good and go where you feel most alive!!
What is included:
5 nights accommodation in balinese style villas.
All meals included. Vegi, Pesci & Carni diets all catered for.
Water, tea and coffee.
2x Daily yoga, Small group aerial yoga, Boat excursion island hopping.
Optional Extras
Massages will be available to book nearer the time.
Drinks/Alcohol/Soft Drinks - If you would like to have alcoholic or soft drinks in the evening, you can bring them with you or go to the nearest town 15 min walk. Each villa has a small fridge for you to use.

Suggested Flight
Flights are around £250-£370 from LDN. There are not enough flight options this in advance to suggest. I will revise this in Feb/March 25.
Suggested Times For Travel:
Departure Time LDN - No Later than 11AM (arrive 16:30)
Return Time - From 14:00PM (arrive 15:30 LDN)
3hr 25 min flight time. Greece is 2hrs ahead of London.
First yoga class will be 18:00
Check In - 15:00PM
Check Out 11:00AM

Prices include accommodation, all activities and meals.
All rooms have AC, Fan, Ensuite Bath & Shower, Ocean Views.

Payment plans are in place for everyone to split the cost over 2 payment dates after the deposit.

Once you have reserved your space my admin team will be in contact you to arrange your payment plan. All Payments must be made in full no less than 2 weeks before the retreat date.

The price of the retreat includes all meals, 5 nights’ accommodation, tea & coffee, yoga classes, boat trip and full use of all facilities.
Catering for this retreat is mixed protein. If you have allergies please inform me of this in the booking form.
Payment Plans are open to all.
By reserving your space you will pay the initial deposit as stated above.
If you would like to spread your payments out they will be split equally through the remaining months/weeks before the retreat.
All final payments are to be made no less than 2 weeks before the retreat.
