Hello!
I am delighted you are joining me on this wonderful day of reconnection. We have a full day of sessions that will guide you to find stillness in your mind and feel good within your body.
Whether you are having a solo date, bringing a group of friends together or sharing this experience with a loved one, this is going to be the perfect time to switch off.
You will access all of the classes through my app here or via my website here (the welcome email has the download link, or access everything here [insert link]). Below you will find the full day schedule, playlists, bath recipes, tips on how to set up your space and much more!

How to prepare for the day ahead:
Class Scheduling: Within the app you can set a reminder for the times you want to take the class. Alternatively, set yourself alarms for the times you want to take each session to help you stay accountable.
Set up your yoga space: Create a space in a room where you can close the door to keep the space quiet. Clear an area for your mat and take time to give your mat & props a freshen up. Charge your speaker/headphones so they are ready for class. Light some candles and set the lights low.
Equipment to use during the sessions: Yoga mat, blocks/bricks. It would also be great to have a blanket & cushions for the restorative sessions for warmth.

Where To Start?
Each class is labelled 1-5 for you to take in this order.
You will see there is description under each video explaining what to expect. Remember this is a day of resetting your energy levels, to feel at ease and calm the nervous system. All classes are beginner friendly.
Comfortably space the classes throughout the day. There is time between sessions for you to get out in nature, read a book or perhaps take time for self care.
I have prepared a playlist below of my favourite feel good music for you to listen to while on a walk.
Self Care
Before or after your closing session it would be the perfect moment to take a bath, put in a hair masque or attend to those yogi toes with a pedicure!
My Favourite Bath Recipe:
2 Handfuls Epsom bath salts.
3 Drops Lavender Essential Oil
1 Handful Oats - To soothe dry winter skin
Alternatively I love these bath salts which are already blended perfectly.
*Please patch test any new products before using them.
